A monthly, magical mail club for mothers ready to restore themselves, and claiming back the freedom and strength that was always theirs in the first place.
In this mail club I share how we can close the c-gap. It's what I call the unfair gender expectations on women doing most of the unpaid and unseen chores, cooking, cleaning, childcare, whilst sacrificing their careers and capital. There is also a big gap in compassion towards female fatigue and effective, parental collaboration.
So I am creating this mail club and community where I share positive, proactive tips and inspiration that will not only benefit you as a mum, but everyone around you (except for the people taking advantage of your over-functioning, they will have to start sharing the pain)! This is all about shaping fairer family dynamics and healthier relationships.
It's time for positive change, there is an unstoppable and non-violent revolution taking place already ... and in this club we make it happen faster through connection, creativity and a mystical dash of magic✨!
Inspiration and strength
Each letter from me to you is full of insights, life lessons, practical tips and stuff that has worked for me building a career alongside raising confident, capable children and also growing my marriage stronger. We first need to imagine before we can then collectively make change happen. This first, non-violent revolution of humankind is already happening - together we accelerate the progress! 💖

I've just launched my magical letter club for a fairer world where mothers find inspiration and strength to change up the dynamics in their family. Us mums have held all the $#!t together in the background for long enough. Whether you need practical ideas and support to make a change in your family, community or society - you've found your circle here! This is all about positive and realistic steps we can take as mothers to overcome the motherhood penalty and unfair mental load. In my mail club we share moments of empowerment, serenity and wellbeing - in a soft but powerful way. I'm a burnout expert with 25+years experience, so I've got a thing or two to share, but this is also a circle of mutual exchange.
From mid September I will send a monthly, inspiring letter restore your sense of self and energy. Many mums over-compensate and over-function, which works a while... until it doesn't. So I share practical empowerment strategies for women's burnout specifically. I've also been a mum for 22 years, so I share the lessons I've learned from raising three children, building a career with no wider family support and just my husband and me in a foreign country. It's been a tough and often confusing journey as we fell into the typical gender traps often without realising. But we managed to find some solutions and a fairer share of the load. So I'd like to invite you into this proactive circle to make a real difference and creating gender balance in your family too.
