After 25 years in corporate psychology I found that nothing heals me as much as art and writing. No other method makes me feel so connected and present in the moment.
It helped me overcome major childhood trauma and I'm now living from a place of inner safety, strength and softness - something I thought was only possible for others.
My mission is to share this way of life with my community and to create serene sanctuaries for women who have been everything for everyone too long.
